To provide a wheelchair fixing device in which a wheelchair can be securely fixed by simple operation, and which is of simple constitution and of low cost.

A device is provided with a front and a back connection belts 12, 14 provided with hooks 11a-11d which can be respectively locked to counter positions fa-fd on both sides of a front part and a back part of a frame F of a wheelchair S, pairs of fixing support rings 8a, 8b, 10a, 10b respectively movably inserted to the connection belts 12, 14 at middle parts, a tightening belt 16 connected to one connection belt 14 at one end and slidably hooked to the other connection belt 13, with the other end side inverted and extended, and a winding means 18 to which the other end of the tightening belt 16 is coupled, so the wheelchair S can be fixed by operation of the winding means 18.
