Abstract:
To solve the problem that white ink containing a white pigment such as a titanium oxide has large specific gravity of the white pigment while being excellent in concealment property of a recording medium, and accordingly is likely to be settled, and is less likely to be dispersed again when being settled, and thereby is inferior to discharge property; and to solve the problem that an image surface formed of white ink causes cracking.SOLUTION: White ink contains a zirconium oxide and a white pigment other than the zirconium oxide, in which a content of the zirconium oxide is 25.0 mass% or more and 50.0 mass% or less with respect to a content of the white pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
