Title:
WHOLE SOLID BATTERY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5931569
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a very thin solid battery by using super ion conductive thin film obtained by sputtering as a solid electrolyte.
CONSTITUTION: A super ion conductive thin film having a thickness of 10μm or less is formed by sputtering as a target a mixture of β-Al2O3, β-Ga2O3, Na2Zr2Si2PO12, and Li14Zn(GEO4)4 which are super ion conductor of alkali ion and alkali compounds such as LiAlO2, LiGaO2, Li2CO3, NaAlO2, NaGaO2, and Na2CO3, and used as a solid electrolyte. This solid electrolyte has high ion conductivity even in a thin film of 10μm or less. The thin film has three order thinner thickness compared with that of a bulk material, and three order higher ion conductivity. Therefore, a very thin solid battery is formed.
