Abstract:
To provide a wide band voltage controlling oscillator capable of controlling frequency bands in a wide range.
A control circuit 115 reads out a voltage value for determining an inductance value for a variable inductor 104 corresponding to specific frequency from a storage circuit 116 based on a signal indicating the specific frequency and outputs the read value to the inductor 104, which discretely changes the resonance frequency of a resonance part, the capacity of a varactor diode 102 is made variable and its phase is fixed by DC voltage inputted from a PLL IC control terminal 101, and frequency oscillation in a wide range is executed by a transistor 109.
