Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a regenerable floor material good in adhesiveness and requiring no primer treatment though the main component resin of a floor material main body is polypropylene.
CONSTITUTION: A floor material is constituted by integrally laminating a backing layer 2 to the rear surface of a floor material main body 1 and the floor main body 1 is formed from a compsn. prepared by adding an inorg. filler to a resin based on polypropylene and the backing layer 2 is a layer with a thickness of 0. l-0.5mm formed from a compsn. prepared by adding 10 pts.wt. or less of rosin and 200-600 pts.wt. of an inorg. filler to 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin. The ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin to be used in the backing layer desirably contains 45% or more of vinyl acetate.
