To perform an easy and excellent winding by providing at least the terminal with a spiral projected line which reaches both ends or more of the width direction of a wound belt material on the peripheral surface of a path roll which comes into contact with a belt material and reuse collating paper.

This winding device is constituted of a winding main shaft 5 installed on a frame 10 which can be moved by a caster 8 and four path rolls 1 to 4. The winding main shaft 5 is driven and revolved in the same direction and the path rolls 1 to 4 freely revolves. A vinyl tape 6 is substantially symmetrically wound on each of the path rolls 1 to 4 and a projection 12 is formed. The tape 6 can be properly selected according to the kind and property of a thin belt material 7 of a winding object material. For instance, even if the vinyl tape 6 of thickness: 0.2 mm and 12 mm in width is executed by a pitch width W: 20 to 40 mm and at a spiral inclined angle θ: 10 to 30° and the winding of a polyvinyl belt material is performed, winding rubbing, winding wrinkles and damage are not generated at all and the winding in which collating paper can be reused can be performed.
