Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and the number of processes when the parts are taken out from the inside of a bobbin by a method wherein a shape- memory alloy is used for a shaping member and the hole section of a winding is automatically expanded and opened. CONSTITUTION:The fixed end section 24a of a shaping member 24 formed by a shape-memory alloy is engaged with and fixed to the external circumference at the large-diameter section 19a of a supporting substance 19 and the free end section 24a is engaged with the mounting groove 19f at the small diameter section 19b of the supporting substance 19 bent and formed to the inside. After winding and mounting a winding 9 on a bobbin 7, with the shaping member 24 heated, the free end section 24b is deformed to the outside from the state that bent and formed to the inside and is returned to a linear shape which is to be a memorized shape. This can automatically expand and open the hole section of the winding 9 and reduce the number of parts of a winding jig.
