Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a winding type grating and lighten the grating by arranging a plurality of bearing bars having hinge mechanisms at both end sections in parallel and installing link members at both end sections of the hinge mechanisms.
SOLUTION: Holes 5 are formed to inverted U-shaped or U-shaped bearing bars 1 by punching, and non-slip projecting sections 6 are formed by burring machining and weight is lightened. In hinge mechanisms 2, integral slender plate-shaped link members 11 are welded to the fitting notches 14 of both side wall sections 4, and the end sections of the link members 11 of the adjacent bearing bars 1 are mutually attached pivotally by rivets 15 penetrated into pivotal holes 13 rotatably. The bearing bars 1 are formed of a comparatively thin stainless steel plate and the link members 11 of a comparatively thick stainless steel plate. Accordingly, fouling is difficult to adhere, and a grating is wound up simply and a drain gutter can be cleaned.
