Abstract:
To provide a window system which enables maintaining manufacturability while improving fire proof property.SOLUTION: A window system 1 has an opening/shutting mechanism 50 for opening/shutting an opening/shutting body 30 by predefined operation of an operating part. The opening/shutting mechanism 50 has a shaft part 52, set in almost parallel with the opening/shutting body 30, which is supported against a first frame body 10 so that the shaft part 52 is rotatable around the shaft part 52 as the rotation axis according to the operation of the operating part, and a pair of working parts, set with a space in between and connected to the shaft part 52 and the opening/shutting body 30 respectively. A thermal expansion fire proof member 60 is arranged at the shaft part 52. The thermal expansion fire proof member 60 expands with heat of fire when the fire breaks out in the fully closed state and closes a path formed in the window system 1 in which heat of the fire possibly flows from one side to the other of an expected direction in the window system 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
