Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve construction work by attaching londitudinal frame materials at fixed intervals on the one face of a face material having an open part corresponding to a window frame and fixing them, and filling up heat insulating material between the longitudinal frame materials and solidifying it.
CONSTITUTION: An open wall panel 100 is unitedly formed of a face material 11 having an open part 10, londitudinal frame materials attached and fixed at fixed intervals on the one face of the face material 11, and heat insulating material filled up and solidified between the longitudinal frame materials 12 except the open part 10. Next, a base frame is fixed to the upper and lower sides of the open part 10 of the open wall panel 100 as the longitudinal frame material 12 in the opening part 10 is left, and after a window frame is fixed to the base frame, and a glass pane is the fitted into window frame, the longitudinal frame material 12 is removed. Thus the window frame can be accurately attached and constructed while the strength of the open window panel is maintained.
