Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain wiper installation without special increase in windshield rigidity by installing a wiper motor below a windshield that is installed in upper, forward part of a motorbike.
CONSTITUTION: A motorbike is equipped with a windshield 12 above a handle situated in its front part. A wiper 18 for this windshield 12 is fitted to a wiper motor 17 that is installed below the windshield 12. Accordingly, the wiper motor 17 is located in the midst widthwise at the rear part of the fairing 11, and this gives a well balanced location concerning weight and right-and-left positional balance. With this contrivance, reaction due to motor driving can be born securely and the motor can be fixed tightly.
