PURPOSE: To prevent the content of a broadcast from being superimposed in recording and to record the content of the broadcast on one recorder in time series by accumulating once the content of the broadcast when a large number of broadcasts are given simultaneously, and reading them sequentially.

CONSTITUTION: When a broadcast subscriber 1 issues a call and the broadcast is started up, a main switch 13 captures a null OD trunk 14, and a paging controller 16 is connected to the broadcast subscriber 1, and the content of the broadcast is recorded on a broadcast recorder 19 by controlling the controller 16 by the dial of the broadcast subscriber. After that, the controller 16 rewinds the recorder 19, and broadcasts the broadcast recorded then on a broadcast subscriber 11 to the broadcast subscribers 1-3 via subscriber circuits 7-9. Simultaneously, the content of the broadcast is inputted to a voice accumulation device 18, and is recorded on the recorder 21 for recording. The content of the broadcast is accumulated in the voice accumulation device 18 during the recorder 21 is being operated, and when the recorder 21 is set at a null state, the voice accumulation device 18 reproduces accumulated content of the broadcast to broadcast subscribers 4-6 sequentially, and records it on the recorder 21.
