To provide a terminal crimping device with small size and simple structure capable of heightening the productivity of wires with crimp terminal.
A guiding jig 12 is arranged so as to locate adjacent to a side of the terminal crimping device 11, and a guiding groove 29 capable of inserting a plurality of wires 25 is formed on the guiding jig 12, and the width W of the guiding groove 29 is formed so as to become narrower as it is headed from an insertion port 29a to a lead-out port 29b. When the plurality of wires 25 are inserted into the insertion port 29a of the guiding groove 29, and moved toward the terminal crimping device 11, the plurality of wires 25 are guided by the guiding groove 29, become close to each other, made all of uniform direction, and supplied to a crimp terminal 20.
