Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness capable of preventing a wire bundle from being disconnected even if a protection member is penetrated by an external force, and a manufacturing method of the wire harness.SOLUTION: A wire harness W includes: a wire bundle 4 including a plurality of wires 41; a protection member 6 that surrounds the wire bundle 4 in a circumferential direction, has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the wire bundle 4 and is formed from a flexible synthetic resin material; and a lubricant 8 which is interposed between an inner peripheral surface of the protection member 6 and an outer peripheral surface of the wire bundle 4, and promotes slippage of the outer peripheral surface of the wire bundle 4 relative to the inner peripheral surface of the protection member 6 in such a manner that the wire bundle 4 moves away from a part of the protection member 6 in the case where such an external force that picking up a portion of the protection member 6 in the circumferential direction from both sides in a direction orthogonal with an axial direction and a radial direction of the protection member 6.
