Abstract:
To provide a wire harness and a manufacturing method thereof with improved water stopping properties.SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 includes electric wires 2A and 2B each having a core wire 21 which is an assembly of a plurality of conductors 20 and a covering portion 22 that covers the core wire 21, and a water stop structure 5 that stops water at a predetermined position of the electric wire. The electric wire includes a plurality of exposed core wire portions 21A in which the core wire is exposed, and the water stop structure includes a cylindrical tubular body 51 that is wrapped around the electric wire, and a filler 52 filled between the conductors 20 in the exposed core wire portions inside the tubular body 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
