Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire protection member capable of suppressing falling from a wire bundle.SOLUTION: A wire protection member 12 consists of a synthetic resin sheet material 13 which is formed in such a roll shape that both ends 13a and 13b in a circumferential direction are overlapped with each other, and externally packaged over a wire bundle 11 of a wire harness 10. The sheet material 13 is a woven fabric obtained by weaving hollow first element wires 14 in a length direction of the wire bundle 11 and second element wires 15 in a circumferential direction of the wire bundle 11. The first element wire 14 consists of a shape memory resin capable of recovering its shape from a diameter reduced state to a diameter expanded state by being heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
