A radio base station 20 connects a telephone exchange network 31 and a LAN 32 as wire circuit and is provided with a route storing part 21 which preliminarily stores a wire telecomunication route to be connected, a route selecting part 22 which selects one of wire telecomunication routes, an address converting part 23 which stores a telephone number that shows a connection destination in the network 31 and a destination address to be sent through the LAN 32 and mutually converts them and a data converting part 24 which mutually converts data that is received through a radio circuit and data that is transferred on a wire telecomunication route. For instance, when a communication request is received from a mobile equipment for communication 11 through a ratio circuit, the optimum connection is enabled from both the network 31 and the LAN 32 to telephone terminals 41 and 42 and data terminals 51 and 52.
