Abstract:
PURPOSE: To thread a wire in a good condition, and to reduce the leakage of air.
CONSTITUTION: A wire threading structure of a floor panel comprises a floor panel which has a wire threading opening, a sleeve 5 which has a shell part 6 passing through the wire threading opening and a mounting part 7 larger than the shell part 6 in diameter and which is to be fitted to the floor panel, and a wire threading chip 10 which has wiring cutout parts 12, 13 and to be fitted to the sleeve-fitting part. The wiring opening part of the floor panel is provided in the position where the cutout parts in plan view is not positioned in the outer peripheral parts thereof. The sleeve 5 is formed in a double cylindrical shape, and slip-out preventive pieces 8, 8 are continuously provided to the fitting part 7 thereof. After the wiring chip 10 made up of two chip pieces 11, 11 has been fitted to the fitting part 7, it is turned to secure a further good fitting condition, and further raised nap is provided to the surface.
