Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio train control system constituted by applying an autonomous distributed protocol in which the train can be detected in fail-safe condition without damaging any characteristics of the autonomous distributed protocol. SOLUTION: The autonomous distributed train control system is constituted by connecting onboard control devices 11, 12 and 13 having an autonomous distributed protocol communicating means to the data field of a radio transmission line including radio base stations 21 and 22, and connecting trace control devices 31 and 32 to the data field of the radio transmission line via the data field of a ground network 50. The trace control devices 31 and 32 perform the multi-cast transmission of the train order information in the controlled range on the assumption that the train position of the entire system section is understood. The onboard control device detects any deficiency of the position speed information by collating the selectively received position speed information of another train with the train order information.
