Abstract:
To provide a wireless communication device for changing an operation mode to another mode from an initial setting as early as possible, even when the operation mode of the wireless communication device cannot be changed using another device such as a gateway.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device includes communication control means and setting means. The communication control means controls wireless communication with another device including a gateway connected via a wireless network. The setting means switches and sets the operation mode between a plurality of modes including at least a first mode as an initial setting and a second mode different from the first mode. In a predetermined state in which the connection with the gateway is disconnected, the communication control means connects with the gateway, the setting means sets the first mode as the operation mode, and switches the operation mode from the first mode to the second mode when the connection with the gateway is completed and a predetermined time is elapsed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
