A beacon signal storage 116 stores a beacon signal. A storing position specification part 115 specifies a position where the beacon signal is stored in the beacon signal storage 116. A storing position control unit 114 controls the storing position specification part 115, so that the beacon signal is moved to a position corresponding to the next beacon signal receiving period a fixed time before the starting position of the beacon signal receiving period is counted by a timer 120. Consequently, the beacon signal storage 116 stores a beacon signal having arrived faster than the starting position of the original beacon signal receiving period as an original beacon signal.
