To provide wireless communication equipment capable of selecting a path less influenced by a hidden terminal problem in a wireless ad hoc network.
Wireless communication equipment 101a which establishes links to wireless communication equipment to communicate through the links includes: a wireless communication part 201 which periodically receives information on adjacent wireless communication equipments from the adjacent wireless communication equipment; a storage part 205 wherein information is made to correspond to adjacent wireless communication equipment being transmission sources of the information and stores them; and an adjacent station information processing part 204 which judges a wireless communication being in a hidden terminal relation, on the basis of information stored in the storage part 205 and information received by the wireless communication part 201 and estimates the occurrence probability of collision due to the wireless communication equipment judged to be a hidden terminal and obtains indexes of communication characteristics of links on the basis of the estimated collision occurrence probability. The wireless communication equipment 101a controls a communication path on the basis of the obtained indexes.
