PURPOSE: To make it possible to transmit a microwave through a suitable distance between an exchange and a communication circuit and to attain remote positioning from the communication circuit in a base station by constituting the base station of the exchange, the communication circuit and a remote connection processor. CONSTITUTION: The exchange 10 includes a center collector 19, a signal is directed from a prescribed external circuit network port to a prescribed sequentially repeated time slot in a bit flow generated from the collector 19 and a signal is directed from a prescribed sequentially repeated time slot in a bit flow received by the remote connection processor 14 to a prescribed external circuit network port. The processor 14 includes a remote collector 27, a signal is directed from a prescribed remote port to a prescribed sequentially repeated time slot in a bit flow generated from the collector 27 and transmitted to the collector 19 and a signal is directed from a prescribed sequentially repeated time slot in a bit flow generated by the collector 19 and a buffer unit connected to a remote port for directing a signal between a prescribed remote port and a prescribed communication channel time slot to the prescribed remote port.
