Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmission apparatus capable of simultaneously providing services of viewing a broadcast program and Internet browsing to an information processing terminal through wireless communication.
SOLUTION: A communication section 4 is wirelessly connected to a personal computer 103 in a wireless AV station 101, and transmission/reception of data between the Internet and the personal computer 103 is implemented in the communication section 4. When the communication section 4 receives TV broadcast program data subjected to compression coding by an MPEG 2 decoder 215 via a bus 20, the communication section 4 transmits contents data and the TV broadcast program data to the personal computer 103 in time division through wireless communication. The communication section 4 transmits the contents data and the TV broadcast program data to the personal computer 103 as independent data of each other.
