In the wiring board control system that is provided with an intensive controller 110 controlling an operation of a plurality of wiring board devices 104 where a jumper connection means 102 forms a jumper to a wiring board 101 in response to an operation instruction received via a device side communication means 103, the intensive controller 110 is provided with a plurality of control side communication means 111, a management information storage means 112 that stores management information corresponding to the wiring board devices 104, a transmission control means 113 that transmits information of a transmission object to the wiring board device 104 designated via an acquired control side communication means 111, an order input means 114 that receives prescribed operation order, an operation instruction generating means 115 that generates an operation instruction required to generate proper jumper connection by using designated connection information and an information collection means 116 that collects required fault information in response to a reply from the wiring board device 104.
