A wiring duct device 1, which is attached below a top board supported by a pair of right and left leg members, includes a wiring retainer part 5 in which an electric wire and a communication wire are arranged, a first attachment part that can be fixed to the front of a horizontal member such as a modesty panel, and a second attachment part that can be fixed to an undersurface of the top board.
