A protector 10 for a wiring harness cabled in a vehicle panel has a U-shaped cross section and is constituted by connecting upper and lower walls 11 and 12 to the other sidewall 13 via thin hinges 15 and 16. The other sidewall, the upper and lower walls 11 and 12, and the hinges 15 and 16 are integrally molded with resin. The thin hinges 15 and 16 are connected with the upper and lower walls 11 and 12 apart from the other sidewall side ends 11a and 12a of the upper and lower walls 11 and 12 toward the inside by a positional dimension t1. The thin hinges 15 and 16 are connected with the other side wall 13 at positions on an insertion opening side 14 of the upper surface 13a and lower surface 13b of the other sidewall 13 and the opening angle between the upper and lower walls 11 and 12 is restricted.
