Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent electrical leak in an electrical connection part arranged at an end part by placing an insulating spacer between an insulating housing which wraps the electrical connection part and a coil-like wire tube which covers a lead wire.
CONSTITUTION: A wiring member 1 is assembled in such a way that a contact 14 is fit to the tip of a lead wire 10, then the lead wire 10 is inserted into a wire tube 12, the contact 14 is inserted into a housing 18, a retainer 30 is fixed, and in order to place a spacer 36 between the housing 18 and the tube 12, the lead wire 10 is forced to insert from a slit of the spacer 36 into a hollow part 38 for fixing, and finally the tip of the tube 12 is inserted into a recess 46 of the spacer 36 and fixed. Since the housing 18 and the tube 12 are shut off with a tip wall part 42 and an outer circumferential wall part 44 of the spacer 36, contact of a flash of the tube 12 with the contact 14 is prevented to prevent electrical leak.
