To solve the problem of increasing cost due to requiring a facility and cost for impregnating resin, for requiring to secure cost and a space for carrying and storage for securing a raw material such as a tree trimming material and driftwood in woody block pavement by a conventional tree trimming material.

Since the tree trimming material is processed at a job site and is used as a ground surface covering and a road pavement material of the job site, material cost, carrying cost and cost such as a processing factory facility and a deposit storage place are obviated. Both a saw for processing a trunk of a tree in a round slice cut and a cutter for processing a thin branch in a chip, can use an all purpose portable machine, and are easy in processing at the job site without separately using a special machine. Since almost all parts of the tree generated in tree trimming at the job site can also be used for a ground surface covering and road pavement, a waste material generated by the tree trimming is reduced, and labor and cost such as incineration treatment are reduced. The easy and inexpensive ground surface covering and the road pavement are realized by integrating these states.
