PURPOSE: To reduce vibration and noise and prevent unnecessary retreating rotation so as to obtain reliable action by including a moving body, a sweeping plate, elastic means and a plate rotating means and providing an adsorbing means between the sweeping plate located in its sweeping position and the moving body.

CONSTITUTION: A sweeping plate 47 located in its sweeping position sweeps works 67, which are put on a work receiving stand 8, by means of advancement of a moving body 15 and, when the lower end of the sweeping plate 47 is locked to one of the works 67 put on the stand 8, the sweeping plate 47 is put in a turning movement against the elasticity of an elastic means 51 and the adsorption of an adsorbing means 53 and jumps to its retreating position due to its elasticity. Besides, after the moving body 15 is stopped from advancing, the moving body 15 is forced to retreat so that the sweeping plate 47 abuts against a plate rotating member, thereby putting the sweeping plate 47 in a turning movement against the elasticity of the elastic means 51 and, after the sweeping plate 47 returns to its sweeping position due to its elasticity and the adsorption of the adsorbing means 53, the moving body 15 is stopped from retreating. The process is repeated to successively put the works 67 on the work receiving stand 8 while aligning them.
