To provide a work attracting device using a permanent magnet, enabling group management without a complicated electric circuit, requiring a small installation space, shortening the setup time, and surely releasing a work in a bending system using a robot.
The lower end part of a cylinder 5 is taken as an abut stopper freely abutting on the work W, and the permanent magnet 9 sucking the work W is provided at the lower end part of a piston 7 in the cylinder 5. A number of cylinders 5 are mounted on a hand body 4 of the robot 3, the lower end part of each cylinder 5 is provided with an abut stopper 6 formed of an elastic body, an air pipeline 21 is coupled to the upper end of each cylinder 5, and the air pipeline 21 is connected to an air circuit 31 for an existing vacuum pad.
