Abstract:
To provide a workpiece pressurizing device that can inhibit axial deformation of a workpiece.SOLUTION: A workpiece pressurizing device 10 comprises: multiple pressurizing members 31 each of which pressurizes one axial edge surface of an annularly shaped workpiece W; multiple receiving members 32 each of which receives the other axial edge surface of the workpiece W; a pressurizing actuator 33 for applying axial force on the pressurizing members 31; and a rotation mechanism 11 for rotating the workpiece W about a central axis O of the workpiece W relative to the pressurizing members 31 and the receiving members 32. The multiple pressurizing members 31 are disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the workpiece W. The pressurizing actuator 33, which is disposed in an area radially inward from an outer peripheral surface of the workpiece W, applies the axial force on the multiple pressurizing members 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
