Abstract:
To provide a workpiece support device capable of detecting the position or displacement of a workpiece support part at high accuracy.SOLUTION: A workpiece support device comprises: a workpiece support part having a support face capable of contacting a workpiece; a plunger with which the workpiece support part is provided on the whole; a body which supports the plunger relatively displaceably while exposing the support face to one end side and has the other end face inserted in the mounting hole of an installation object to be installed; a drive mechanism driving the plunger in an axial direction; a scale provided displaceably corresponding to displacement of the workpiece support part; and a sensor fixed to the body to detect the scale displacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
