Abstract:

To provide a tool for removing the first bead of the tire attached to a rim.

The first work end 24 of this tool 20, which extends outward in a radial direction from the first end of a handle, has a heel section 28 extending outward in a radial direction from the handle, a body section 30 extending outward in a radial direction from the heel section 28 and including a crook 39 opening forward and a raised section, which is arranged adjacent to this crook 39, and a tip section 32 extending outward in a radial direction. The end section on the opposite side of the tool is a second work end 26 for removing the second bead of the tire from a rim and has a heel section 60 extending outward in a radial direction from the handle, a body section extending outward in a radial direction from the heel section 60 and defining a crook and the raised section 66 adjacent to the crook and a tip section 64 extending radially from the body section.
