This glove comprises a piece of cloth 2 on the palm, a piece of cloth 3 on the back, a piece of middle cloth 4 put between the two pieces of cloths 2, 3 and plural damping materials or thermal insulating materials 5 fixed between the palm cloth 2 and the middle cloth 4, wherein the damping materials or the thermal insulating materials are positioned so as to avoid the knuckles and the joints of the respective fingers and the palm, and also the thickness of a damping material 5' or a thermal insulating material set at the forefinger 6 is half or below of that of each of the damping materials 5 or the thermal insulating materials set at the other parts.
