PURPOSE: To make a working error and an assembling error zero and necessitate no adjust after the assembling by assembling a motor and a reduction gear in a useable state and giving a rotation to a brake drum availing a power source of a winding machine, thereby performing a cutting work to the brake drum.

CONSTITUTION: A motor 2 and a reduction gear 3 which constitute a winding machine on a common bed 4 are connected with a coupling 1 which is to be a brake drum and constructed. A base 6 is fixed on the bed 4 in parallel to the brake drum 1 and a working tool head 5 having a working tool 9 is attached thereto. The brake drum 1 is rotated by the motor 2, said brake drum being worked by the working tool 9 in a state of assembling.
