Abstract:
PURPOSE: To substantially increase a proportion of a workpiece in polishing work and further to increase a polishing speed to the predetermined or more without giving fatal damage to the workpiece.
CONSTITUTION: Assuming A for volume of a spherical and/or column-shaped ceramic part to serve as a workpiece, B for volume of abrasive grains and C for volume-of medium liquid, when in a relation where A+B+C=10, mixing is performed with ratio of A:B:C=3.0 to 7.0:0.3 to 3.0:2.0 to 5.5 further with proportion of (B+C)=3.0 to 7.0, C/B=1.0 to 15.0 to perform polishing work by an agitator mill.
