Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extend a life, by improving the oil film forming rate of the rolling face and slide face of a machine part, and with the work hardening.
CONSTITUTION: A random unevenness is formed on the surface by executing a surface treatment with a centrifugal fluid barrel polishing method on a machine part treated on the specified surface in a fore process, and an oil film forming rate is improved with the surface being formed in a random fine rough face, by removing the projection of the surface with a finishing treatment by a barrel polishing method.
