CONSTITUTION: An outside-vehicle pulling-out device 1 freely shifts a pulling-out table 6 for holding a turntable 5 in turntable manner, on a supporting board 4. A pipe thread cutting machine is placed on the turntable 5, and the pipe thread cutting machine is installed in shiftable manner in the longitudinal direction on a loading board 2 by fixing the supporting board 4 in the longitudinal direction on the loading board 2 of a wagon vehicle, etc. Further, since the outside-vehicle pulling-out device 1 shifts the pulling-out table 6 and the turntable 5 by the stroke L rearward outside the vehicle from the rear edge surface of the loading board 2, the turntable 5 is turned by 90° on the center shaft 21 after the pulling outside the vehicle, and further, the placed pipe thread cutting machine is direction-changed by 90°, and a long article is pipe-worked.
