This working vehicle for paddy field is provided with a pair of right and left side clutches 21 and a pair of right and left side brakes 25. The side clutches can transmit or cut the power to right and left rear wheels 2 individually. The side brakes can brake the right and left rear wheels 2 individually. Two operation modes are set; a mode in which the right and left side clutches 21 are individually operated to the power cut side, and a mode in which the right and left side clutches 21 are individually operated to the power cut side as well as the right and left side brakes 25 are individually operated to the braking side.
