Abstract:
To provide a workpiece carry-in/out device capable of storing many workpieces in a work stocker and of efficiently performing carry-in/out operation of a workpiece with respect to a machine tool by a carrying robot.SOLUTION: A workpiece carry-in/out device 1 includes: a protective fence 2 having a worker opening 26 and a robot opening 27; a turning workpiece stocker 3; and a carrying robot 4. The workpiece stocker 3 comprises a base 30, a turning table 31, and a plurality of work holding members 32. By turning the turning table 31 of the workpiece stocker 3, one work holding member 32 faces a first space 28 leading to the worker opening 26 of the protective fence 2, and another work holding member 32 is positioned at a work position facing a second space 29 leading to the robot opening 27 of the protective fence 2. At the work position, the first space 28 and the second space 29 are divided by a partition member 33 provided on the turning table 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
