To provide a workpiece cleaning device capable of quickly cleaning chips and cutting liquid within a machining hole of a workpiece by a simple structure.
This cleaning device 11 is provided with a nozzle member 40, a driving mechanism 24 and a negative pressure mechanism 26. The nozzle member 40 is slidable along the surface of the workpiece 12 over a first position P where the nozzle member 40 becomes a non-communicating state with the machining hole 13 of the workpiece 12 and a second position P2 communicated with both of the machining hole 13 and the atmosphere 71 at the outside of the machining hole 13. The driving mechanism 24 moves the nozzle member 40 over the first position P1 and the second position P2. The negative pressure mechanism 26 makes the inside of a suction hole 64 into negative pressure, and sucks air in the machining hole 13 into the suction hole 64 the moment an inner peripheral part of an opening 63 is communicated with the machining hole 13 when moving the nozzle member 40 from the first position P1 toward the second position P2.
