Abstract:

To give a license of using writings according to the number of possessed securities as a share to a security purchaser by issuing securities as a capital raising means from the manufacturing stage to intellectual writings such as software contents including a video, music, a game, a novel and applications, or converting the same into securities after manufacturing.

This writings securities authentication apparatus at least has a list of writings converted into securities, a data base having a list of users possessing securities relates to the concerned writings, and a server for accessing to the data base to authenticate that the user possesses the securities related to the specified writings according to the request from the user for using the specified writings.
