Abstract:
To provide a transgenic mouse effective for screening compounds controlling differentiation or generation of T cell series.
A transgenic mouse expressing a symptom of leukemia induced in differentiation or generation of T cell series, or capable of inducing differentiation or generation of T cell series, by introducing DNA encoding 17AA+/KTS- spliced form of WT1 protein is provided. Cells established from the mouse, compounds controlling differentiation or generation of T cell series, and methods for screening the compounds are also provided.
