PURPOSE: To judge from which direction an image photographed is obtained by X-ray irradiation immediately and accurately by a method wherein graphics indicating the direction of X-ray irradiation are stored and the direction of irradiation is determined from a signal specifying the direction of irradiation to select and display a corresponding graphic.
CONSTITUTION: When the direction of X-ray irradiation from an X-ray tube 5 is varied for an object 6 to be inspected with an X-ray support controller 17, an X-ray image diagnosing apparatus transmits a signal required for varying, namely, a signal specifying the direction of X-ray irradiation from the X-ray tube from the X-ray support controller 17. One of graphics stored previously in a graphic memory 20 is selected by the signal. The graphics indicate various directions of X-ray irradiation selected with respect to an object 6 to be inspected and the graphic selected is such corresponding to the direction of X-ray irradiation determined by the position of the X-ray specified from the signal. The graphic selected is shown on a part of a display surface of a display device 15 for displaying a roentgengraphic image.
