Abstract:
To solve the following problems: when the crystal size of zeolite is small, the bulk density tends to be low, and when the bulk density of powder and granular material is low, the mass per unit volume is small and the transportation cost tends to be high.SOLUTION: Spherical zeolite secondary particles are prepared by using a slurry containing layered silicate together with chavazite-type zeolite primary particles as a raw material. The mean particle size of the zeolite powder is preferably in the range of 5 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and the zeolite powder has an increased zeolite content per unit volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
