Title:
ZERO POINT ADJUSTER FOR INSTRUMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62285020
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the stabilization of a pointer at zero point and facilitate the symmetric deflection of the pointer by a simple structure by locating a washer with a large friction between a claw and a lever for providing a hair spring with a circumferential torque.

CONSTITUTION: After an instrument is temporarily assembled, a lever 20 is adjusted whereby a claw 22 is revolved and a zero point adjustment is conducted. Since the claw 22 is fixed by the frictional force of a washer 21 made of a material such as rubber, the instrument is excellent in safety and an economical efficiency and capable of a delicate adjustment. When the normal symmetric deflection of a pointer can not be achieved in an assembling condition, the deflection of the pointer is easily adjusted by revolving the claw 22. After the zero point adjustment is completed, a movement 30 is rotated within the range of slotted holes 8a and 8b and, since a fixed iron piece 6 can be rotated a little in a circumerential direction, the relative positions of the iron piece 6 and a movable iron piece 12 change, resulting in the rough adjustment of an accuracy. Thereafter, the movement 30 is fixed to a bobbin 2 to be adhered by an adhesive or the like. Then, an adjusting plate 2b is rotated in the circumferential direction whereby a fine adjustment is conducted.
