CONSTITUTION: A guard net 31 constituted with a conductor is mounted between a separator 11, which separates a negative pole side from a positive pole side, and a negative pole 13b, the guard net 31 is connected with a positive pole via a resistor 33 with a lead wire 32. Consequently, even in the case where dendrites 26 take place and grow in an electrically precipitated zinc 25, since they are short-circuited on the guard net 31 and dissolved before reaching at a separator 11, the breakage of the separator due to the dendritic growth can be prevented.
