Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which suppresses moisture transfer between an electrolyte part and the outside, and capable of ensuring moisture resistance while suppressing deformation of the electrolyte part, and to provide a manufacturing method of the actuator.SOLUTION: In an actuator 1, a pair of resin films 25, 26 forming a resin layer 24 while sandwiching an electrolyte part 11 and a pair of electrode plates 15, 16 are fused annularly each other so as to surround the electrolyte part 11 and the pair of electrode plates 15, 16. Furthermore, the peripheral portions 25c, 26c of the through holes 25a, 26a of the pair of resin films 25, 26 are fused to the pair of electrode plates 15, 16 over the whole circumference thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
