PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino compound-carried porous material having higher COadsorption capacity and useful as a COadsorbent, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing an amino compound-carried porous material comprising: preparation of a porous base material having mesopores; preparation of an amino compound having an amino group(s); exposing the amino compound to an atmosphere made into a vapor phase state to carry the amino compound at least on the inside of the mesopores in the porous base material.
